Kinetex C8

Coloanele Kinetex C8 combina beneficiile particulei “core-shell” cu faza stationara C8, utilizata in metodele USP L7, cu selectivitate similara fazei C18, dar cu retentie mai redusa, permitand elutia in conditii moderate. Kinetex C8 se recomanda pentru separarea analitilor pe baza caracterului lor hidrofob, a diferentelor structurale si a formarii de legaturi de H cu gruparile donoare de protoni ale analitilor. Un beneficiu suplimentar al fazei C8 este ca, datorita ligandului mai scurt, densitatea de C este mai mare, reusind separarea unor compusi mai dificili.
